I bought this a little skeptical of the price, but am surprised by its quality and ease of use. At first it was kind of difficult to get the snap on link to connect, but once I realized that I had to actually flex the chain (as it does say in the instructions) taking it on and off was very easy. Removing and adding on links is easy as well, with a good chain tool (I use the Park Tool Mini Brute). I used this for part of my SS conversion of a Trek 1220, along with the Lasco Fixie Crank Set and the Wheels Manufacturing SS cog and spacer set, and it ended up being a real success! The chain is very well made, and flows very well, unlike the grimy old chain I had before. It came pre-lubed, and with these three components being replaced, it feels as though I'm riding a brand new bike!

This is the 2nd PC-1 chain to go on my commuter, the first lasted approximately 2 years at about 30% daily usage on my 4 mile one-way commute in all kinds of weather. I estimate 2000 miles, and I probably would have replaced it a few hundred miles ago if I'd checked chainwear. Bike lives inside, but is parked outside at work.
The snap-lock is easy to install, much easier than the style with a u-shaped cotter you have to slide across pins. On a dirty chain, I do have some trouble finding the right link to break, and the flex required means you have to pull the chain off the cogs (the other SRAM link style I can disconnect without disengaging the chain).
If I could change one thing about this chain, I'd put a lighter/easier to remove lube on it for shipping. I strip and relube the chain before install. Though not particularly challenging, I would like that task to be easier.
