It's heavier than my original alloy wheel, but I don't worry about it bending or breaking spokes after some heavy riding. Cage bearing assembly was improvement over the original loose bearings in original bike axel. Re-assembled without a hitch. Should get well over the 3,000 miles the orignial wheel gave me.
